General information

The Lambda Monitor is an application for concurrent monitoring of many lambda circuits and real-time notifying of current problems occuring in the DWDM networks. By means of this application we are capable of affirming in quick and exact manner which part of lambda circuits (exactly which devices) make problems. The LM system also provides users with many detailed information about the managed circuits on both lambdas and devices level.

The Lambda Monitor features

• Concurrent monitoring of many lambda circuits;
• Real-time notifying of current problems occuring in lambda circuits;
• Possibility of checking monitored parameters on selected devices;
• Support for all ADVA devices alarms and warnings ( loss of signal, loss of optical input power, loss of optical output power, loss of pointer on a module receiver port, etc. );
• Current and historical alarms browser;
• Written in PHP5;
• Open Source licence
